Lin-Manuel Miranda’s departure from Hamilton last month had fans singing “One Last Time” for weeks, lamenting the loss of the genius behind the Tony Award-winning show. Luckily, he’s not entirely gone from the musical world: He’s composed songs for Disney’s new animated feature Moana, which hits theaters Nov. 23.

Moana stars Dwayne Johnson and newcomer Auli’i Cravalho joined Miranda during his promotion for the film by taking over Disney Animation’s Instagram account. Giving musical theatre fans what they desperately want, Miranda sang excerpts from Disney musicals and included his own twist by creating a mash-up of The Hunchback of Notre Dame and Beauty and the Beast (watch below). Most of his song choices are part of Disney’s Renaissance collection, including Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, and Mulan (above).

Disney astutely grabbed Miranda right before Hamilton hit max popularity, and after Moana, Miranda is filming the sequel to Mary Poppins with Emily Blunt and Meryl Streep.
